Hello, just want to keep you guys updated on the commissions....
I would like to say everything is going smoothly, but unfortunately, that is not the case.
I keep on getting setbacks by my teacher, and its hard to move on and do anything unless I get his feedback! And if I don't get his feedback and my drawing is "wrong" I have to start all over again!
But the good news is that I'm staring my third piece... the second one just has a few more tweakings to do, and the first one I did really needs a lot of work done to it..

And to make matters worse, I can't seem to find the post I made in the forums! I've been trying to use the search key to look for it, but every time I try to make the search, the server is down... I can look for prints/pictures made by me, just not the forum stuff.

If its just me, or more importantly you can find the page, please send me the link! >.< And I'm not sure how many of you started watching me, or more importantly (in this case) accepted to view my journal entries, so I'm not sure how many of my clients will actually receive this message!

One other thing too that I should mention, is that as I was reading the commissions entries, none of them really seemed to spark my interest. I suppose I should have just said no "OC's" to begin with.... I'm sorry everyone. Although, there were a few that did interest me! Just, probably not enough for me to want to do the commission....

WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?:
Okay, here's the thing. For the first half of my senior year in college, I will be making a total of 6 pieces based on the theme "love".

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Please refer to my works regarding style. If you don't like it, don't request anything!
The works will be done in watercolor and then brought into photoshop.

HOW MANY COMMISSIONS ARE YOU TAKING?:
I am taking 4 more. I have already begun on one piece, and I have already started on the second one. This leaves 4.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
This is kinda vague. I have now until DECEMBER to finish this. The last piece that I'll begin to work on is November 26th. So that is the deadline.

HOW TO GET MY COMMISSION PICKED?
Few rules (a lot of words): The more it interests me, the better your chances are of getting picked. Also remember that the theme is love: I am thinking about lovers in particular. Please don't send me a request of two armies fighting to the death. It will not be accepted.
The earlier you send your request to me, the better chances of me doing it. I only have 4 slots open at the moment, and as time goes by, those slots will be commissions that have been fulfilled. But its never too late to submit anything! (unless November 26th rolls on past).
Also, I can not do any existing characters/fanart. Please no Naruto, Twlight, InuYasha, etc. requests. To see why not and info on OCs, read on ahead!

RULES ON OCs AND EXISTING CHARACTERS:
I will not do fanart. Sorry, but if I want my work to be hung in a gallery or sold, I would be running into copyright issues.
As for OCs: kinda a different story. It depends on what you feel about the situation. If you ask me to do an OC, then I have the right to be able to sell the work. The only credit I'll be able to give you is that the piece was based on your OC -But please remember, if this piece ever gets hung up in a gallery, I will not always be there beside the picture telling everyone that I did not make up your character. And also, any money that I make off of the piece I will not share with you. This is my work, and I may plan to upload it to a few shops for it to sell. I can not track you down everytime I sell a copy of the piece to give you your money: therefore you will not receive anything but credit when given the possible moments.

STUFF ABOUT WHEN IT GETS FINISHED:
When it is done, I will post it on here for everyone on DA to see (along with -if you have one- your account so everyone will know that it was you who asked for the commission. There will be a watermark when I upload it, however, I'll send you a note asking for your e-mail. I will then e-mail you an attachment of the piece without the watermark so you may have.
